This cheeky confection was born on an Easter Sunday afternoon when I realized that the Easter Bunny had skipped right by my house. My appetite was piqued by this exclusion, so I reached for the sweetest goods in my bar; Kahlua, Creme de Cacao, Amaretto and some nice, grounding Vodka, add a scoop of salted caramel gelato. Throw everything into a blender and hit frappe! Who needs Easter Eggs anyway?

Ingredients
1 small scoop Salted Caramel gelato or ice cream
1½ shots vodka
1 shot Kahlua
1 shot Creme de Cacao
dash Amaretto
Instructions
Place everything into a blender with 2 ice cubes and blend until combined and ice is crushed.
Pour over additional ice into a tumbler.
Garnish with cocoa.
